I loved very amiable and welcoming employees!
The place had a family atmosphere. A family room with a magnificent view, I had requested this in advance.

We loved the stunning location right on the river front, which provided a scenic view filled with pelicans and ducks. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the two swimming pools, playground, and bouncing pillow. We appreciated the communal facilities for cooking and the big TV. Additionally, the hotel was clean and modern, with easy access to Netflix and other channels with the television, which was perfect for our small child who likes to watch particular shows.
Not obvious to find.

Nestled by the riverside, this hotel is a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of driving. Wake up to the serene view of the Murray River and its timid pelicans. the property is just a short drive away from all the best local hotspots, yet it feels like a secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and relaxing showers. the staff is exceptionally friendly, providing clear late-check in instructions, and offering free tea and coffee at the communal kitchen.
The hotel could improve by adding more variety to their sugar options, but it's a minor issue given the abundant positive aspects of this stunning riverside getaway.

Spent New Year at a cabin with the best river view I've ever seen! The location of the park is excellent, with many friendly birds around. Kids facilities were perfect with huge bouncing pillow, great swimming pools and good tracks. The television provided Netflix and other channels which was great for winding down with the family at night.
The couches in the older cabins were quite uncomfortable which could use an upgrade. , the absence of shade sails over the car spaces made them quite hot during the day.

Great river view from cabin and spacious L shape lounge to enjoy it from. Conveniently located pool and comfortable bed.
Terrible customer service when it comes to providing for families with young children. No port a cot available upon check in and staff did not seem too concerned about it.
